Moila Shrine Temple Roubidoux Room Chair Fund

Lady Corolyn Snyder has chosen as her Potentate's Lady Fundraiser project for 2007 to replace the chairs in the newly remodeled Roubidoux Room.  Chairs will cost approx. $80 each.  Donations to date are as follows:

Moila Shrine Temple Parking Lot Lighting

Mark Young has taken it upon himself to get a quote for new lot lighting in the main lot. He is proposing to replace the poles and heads that are there with the same quantities only using metal halide. Anyone or any unit interested in donating money for this should contact Mark. The cost of these is $3,739.00. Mark will be asking all of the Electricians at Moila to donate there time to help install these. The old ones are just thrown together and do not provide the security for our Patrons and Help entering and leaving the building. Thanks for your help.

Chad and the guys in the tap room have agreed to donate any money left over from the tap room TV improvement fundraiser.

Shelby Pankau has donated his time to set all the new lighting posts.

Moila Shrine Temple Clock Project

The large clock which overhung the back patio had to be removed in order to add the new awnings across the rear of the building.  We have been working on finding a way to re-hang the clock.  Recently, Bob Reichel with the St. Joseph Parks Department has located an antique pole in which we will be able to hang the clock from overlooking the patio.  A huge thanks to Bob for his help with this project.  Keep your eyes open while visiting the temple patio for the re-hanging of the clock.
